Thank you for shopping at First4Tapes! We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-cut or personalized tapes

  • Opened or used adhesive products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@first4tapes.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@first4tapes.com with photos and details of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
